DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE INSPECTION?

The quick answer is no, but it is recommended. We provide a comprehensive inspection report with pictures so you will always know what may come up at the time of the inspection. We are available before, during and after the inspection process for questions.  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REPORT?

Inspection reports are completed within 24 hours of the end of the inspection. The report is delivered to you via a secured website with custom login. If you forget to print a copy or wish to view it at a later date, no problem. The report will be there. Want to give your realtor access to the report? No problem. Want to forward a copy to a 3rd party? No problem.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Home inspections are priced by the size of the home, quantity of kitchens, and what type of inspection you order so create a list of questions for us and give us a call. We will be glad to hear from you and help you with your home purchase.
